When you submit a service request or a message through this site, we collect the name, email address, telephone number, site address and description of work you provide, along with the date you selected, the IP address the submission came from, and the time it was received.
We do not use advertising trackers, third-party analytics or behavioural profiling on this site. The only cookie we set is a session cookie required for form security and, for staff, to keep an administrative session signed in.
Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to that service when a page loads. If you would prefer no external requests at all, the fonts can be self-hosted — ask and we will do it.
To review, schedule and perform the work you asked for, to reply to you, and to keep the operational records aviation regulation requires us to keep. We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it with marketing partners.
Imagery and data we capture on your behalf belongs to you. We store it encrypted, deliver it through private expiring links, and retain originals for twelve months so we can re-deliver if you need it — after which it is destroyed unless you have asked us to keep it.
We do not publish, license or use client imagery in our own marketing without written permission. We brief crews to fly the objective and to avoid collecting incidental imagery of neighbouring property.
Service requests and messages are retained in our systems for seven years to satisfy business, tax and insurance record-keeping. Flight logs are retained per our operations manual. You may ask us to delete a request record and we will, except where we are required to keep it.
Use the contact form to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask for its deletion. We respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live you may have additional statutory rights, and we honour them regardless of whether we are strictly obliged to.
Submissions are transmitted over TLS, stored on servers we control, and protected by access controls limited to staff who need them. No system is perfect; if we ever discover a breach affecting your information, we will tell you promptly and directly.
