FAA Part 107 · Commercial Pilots on Staff
AEROLUXEDRONE SERVICES
Discretion

No portfolio. On purpose.

Every other drone company opens with a gallery. We do not — because the work worth hiring us for is precisely the work nobody wants published.

A listing that has not gone to market. A claim still in adjustment. A transmission structure with a crack nobody wants advertised. A construction site where the sequencing is about to be disputed. These are the engagements that matter, and every one of them is a reason not to put imagery on a website.

So we made the simple choice. We show nothing. No case studies with the client's name filed off, no "anonymised" aerials that anyone local would recognise in a second, no social posts of somebody's roof. If that costs us a booking against a competitor with a flashier homepage, we consider the trade a good one — and so, generally, do the clients who end up calling us.

The commitments

What that means in practice.

Nothing is published
We do not use client imagery in marketing, proposals, social media, competition entries or a portfolio — because there is no portfolio. Permission is assumed to be withheld unless you give it in writing, and we will not ask you for it as a condition of the work.
Full rights transfer
Commercial rights to everything we capture transfer to you on final payment, in writing. No usage windows, no per-channel licensing, no coming back to renegotiate when a campaign performs.
Encrypted, private delivery
Files are delivered through private, expiring links — never a public bucket, never an unlisted-but-guessable URL. Originals are held encrypted for twelve months in case you need them again, then destroyed unless you ask us to keep them.
We fly the objective
Cameras stay pointed at what you hired us to document. We do not collect incidental imagery of neighbouring property, and crews are briefed on it as a matter of course rather than as an afterthought.
Your site details stay internal
Gate codes, site contacts, hazard notes and access arrangements live in our system and go no further. We do not sell, share or broker client information, and we do not discuss one client's site with another.
NDAs signed without argument
If your organisation requires a non-disclosure or confidentiality agreement, send it with the request and we will sign it. We have never refused one, and we have never asked for a carve-out allowing promotional use.
If you need to see work first

Ask, and we will arrange it privately.

We keep a small set of material that clients have specifically released for the purpose. It is shown privately, on request, and never posted. Tell us what kind of work you need to evaluate and we will show you the closest thing we are permitted to show.

Ready when you are

Put a certificated pilot over your site.

Pick a date, tell us what you need, and a commercial pilot reviews the airspace before we ever quote the job. Most requests are answered within one business day.
