Aerial Cinematography
Cinema-grade motion capture for brand films, documentaries and corporate storytelling — flown to a shot list, not to a hope.
Based in Camden, SC, AeroLuxe delivers cinematography, inspection and evidence-grade documentation for clients who cannot afford a second attempt. Every flight is planned, authorized and executed by a pilot holding both an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate and an FAA Commercial Pilot License — the difference between someone who passed a test and someone who has spent a career in the airspace you are asking us to enter.
Creative work that sells a property and technical work that survives an audit are different crafts. We staff for both, and we do not pretend one is the other.
Cinema-grade motion capture for brand films, documentaries and corporate storytelling — flown to a shot list, not to a hope.
Estates, resorts and trophy commercial assets photographed the way the architect imagined them.
Repeatable monthly capture from matched camera positions, so the record of a project is genuinely comparable month to month.
Close-range visual inspection of roofs, façades and parapets — nobody on a ladder, nothing missed.
Towers, bridges, transmission lines, stacks and tanks — inspected at close range without a climb crew or a shutdown.
Aerial coverage of galas, launches, tournaments and corporate gatherings, flown with people-overflight rules taken seriously.
Federal law requires a Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate to fly commercially. It is an aeronautical knowledge test — a written exam, with no flight time requirement whatsoever. Passing it is the beginning of competence, not the proof of it.
Every pilot on our staff also holds an FAA Commercial Pilot License: a minimum of 250 logged flight hours, a medical certificate, instrument-rated fluency in weather and navigation, and a practical checkride flown in front of an FAA examiner. When your site sits under Class C shelf at 1,200 feet, when the ceiling is dropping and the forecast disagrees with the sky, when a manned aircraft appears where the chart said it would not — that training is what you are actually hiring.
Every pilot on staff holds an FAA Commercial Pilot License in addition to the Part 107 certificate the law requires. The Part 107 certificate is a knowledge test. A Commercial Pilot License is hundreds of logged hours, a medical, a checkride and a career of consequences for poor judgement.
Most valuable property sits under controlled airspace. We hold LAANC authorization capability, file for what needs filing, and tell you plainly when a site cannot legally be flown — rather than flying it and hoping.
Nothing we capture is published, licensed or shown to anyone without your written permission — which is why you will not find a gallery of past clients anywhere on this site. Confidentiality is the default, not an upgrade you have to ask for.
Data arrives in the formats your team already works in, with the methodology and metadata that let it stand up in a claim, an audit or a courtroom.
No hourly meters, no vague scopes and no surprises on the invoice. Five steps, every time.
You pick a date and describe the site and the outcome you need. A pilot — not a salesperson — reads it, and follows up if anything about the objective or the location needs clarifying before we quote.
We pull the sectional for your coordinates, identify the airspace class and any controlling facility, check for TFRs and special-use airspace, and determine whether the flight needs a LAANC authorization, a manual waiver, or nothing at all. You get a straight answer about feasibility.
A fixed-fee proposal listing deliverables, formats and delivery dates. No hourly meters, no surprises. Once you approve it, the date is confirmed on our schedule and yours.
The morning of, we re-check weather, NOTAMs and TFRs, and confirm the authorization is still valid. On site we walk the area, brief anyone who will be nearby, and fly the planned mission. If conditions have changed, we reschedule rather than press.
Data is processed, reviewed, and delivered through a private link in the formats you asked for. Originals are archived for twelve months at no charge in case you need them again.
Weather policy: if conditions compromise safety or data quality, we reschedule at no charge. You hear from us that morning, not when we arrive on site.
“We tell clients when a site cannot legally be flown. It costs us bookings, and it is the entire reason the ones we do take are worth having.” Chief Pilot & Director of Operations
Most drone companies lead with a portfolio. We do not, and the reason is the reason our clients hire us: listings that have not gone to market, claims still in adjustment, infrastructure whose weak points are nobody else's business.
Nothing we capture is published, licensed, posted or shown in a proposal without your written permission. We assume the answer is no until you tell us otherwise — which means we have no gallery to show you, and we consider that a feature.
If you need to see our work before committing, ask. We will arrange a private walkthrough of material that a client has specifically released for that purpose.
Not a dispatch pool. You will know the pilot's name before the aircraft leaves the case.
Has been a certified pilot since 2017, former flight instructor, and has operated out of some of the busiest Class B airspace on the East Coast. Signs off on every flight in controlled airspace.
Pick a date, tell us what you need, and a commercial pilot reviews the airspace before we ever quote the job. Most requests are answered within one business day.
